Do you excel in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? If so, the Communications Team at OneHope is looking for a Project Coordinator like you!

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of various storytelling editorial and video projects, from concept to completion. Your attention to detail, ability to handle tight deadlines,  and excellent communication skills will be crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams domestically and internationally to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas for storytelling across multiple mediums and platforms.

Story & Content Coordination:
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery across all mediums and platforms
  • Coordinate with writers, designers, video producers, and marketing teams to create cohesive, on-brand content
  • Schedule and coordinate brainstorming sessions, actively contribute to discussions, and assist in planning content strategies to align with and support editorial goals.
  • Assist in planning for in-depth interviews with children, youth and field partners to uncover authentic stories and experiences of children transformed by the power of God’s Word
  • Manage and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring proper organization, archiving, and team accessibility for seamless collaboration.
  • Track and analyze content engagement and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement
  • Communicate content project timelines and updates with stakeholders
Video Production Coordination:
  • Coordinate the production of various storytelling and editorial video projects, from conception to completion
  • Estimate time needed for each phase of projects and ensure all projects are delivered according to deadline, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule and execute video shoots
  • Coordinate and support logistical needs for video shoots, including international filming, travel and other logistical needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts for video content
  • Communicate project timelines, updates, and changes to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, production notes
  • Monitor and track project progress and report any issues or delays to management
  • Source and negotiate contracts with external vendors, including production companies, freelancers, and equipment rentals
  • Collaborate with other team members in gathering, analyzing, editing, and producing storytelling video content to be distributed across platforms
  • Review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, and rough cuts to ensure creative vision and brand standards are met
  • Stay updated on industry trends; incorporate new techniques or technologies in projects
  • Ensure all projects adhere to legal and compliance standards
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant fields such as project management, communications, video production, journalism.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role, ideally within the realm of international nonprofits, content creation, or project management
  • Demonstrated understanding of the video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret data and metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Microsoft Teams, Asana, and other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge or proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is a valuable asset.
Work Environment:
  • Monday to Friday during regular business hours (9 AM-5 PM).
  • International work may require flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
  • Occasional travel, both domestic and international, may be necessary.
