DESCRIPTION
Cultivate is a paid internship program at OneHope, Inc. OneHope is a Christian nonprofit whose mission is to affect destiny by providing God’s eternal Word to all the children and youth of the world. This internship is born out of OneHope’s 30+ years of experience in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry and offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity for young people to learn about their calling, grow in faith and leadership, create better ministry, and connect with the global Church. The goal is to equip college students and recent graduates with training and skills in outcome-based ministry, offer mentorship with experienced ministry practitioners, and provide significant opportunities to participate in ministry work.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ
- Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and networking skills
- Analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and carry out plans and solve problems independently
