Role Summary

The Student Services & Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to Miscio’s global student services and operations. This role ensures students receive timely, accurate, and high-quality support from application through enrollment and ongoing academic progress. Working closely with the Global Student Services Manager, the Coordinator helps maintain student records, manage communication workflows, support transcript processing, liaise communication between Miscio and university stakeholders, and assist with operational systems that serve our international student populations. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, an effective cross-cultural communicator, data-driven, and passionate about supporting global Christ-centered higher education.

Key Responsibilities

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:
 
  •  Student Services Support
    • Serve as a frontline support contact for student inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms utilizing the OneStop resources.
    • Assist students through the admissions and enrollment process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
    • Support onboarding tasks for new students, such as document collection and system navigation.
    • Help monitor academic status, holds, and registration requirements in collaboration with university partners.
       
  •  Transcript, Data, & Records Support
    • Assist with transcript intake, tracking, and quality checks.
    • Prepare and organize student records needed for transcript evaluation.
    • Coordinate with the Global Student Services Manager to ensure data accuracy and timely processing for student data within CRM systems (e.g., LeadSquared/Element451)
    • Support ongoing development and maintenance of transcript tools and upload systems.
    • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership (with guidance).
       
  •  Cross-Team Coordination
    • Collaborate with global Miscio teams to support student services and workflows.
    • Help coordinate meetings, record, track follow-ups, and provide administrative support for the Executive Director.
    • Serve as a liaison for routine communication between Miscio and university stakeholders (e.g., admissions, registrar, advising) as assigned.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and commitment to student care.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and a heart for global Christ-centered education.

Preferred
  • Experience in student services, academic administration, or customer care.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (LeadSquared/Element451).
  • Experience working in higher education settings.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to interface with international students.
