Location: Pompano Beach-Florida (On-site, preferably - Open to remote candidates)

As a DPC, you will play a pivotal role within our Advancement Team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a powerful message. Take charge of monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, organizing stakeholder meetings, and driving timely project completion. From digital content placement production to impactful campaigns and event-driven communications, you'll have a hand in diverse and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of OneHope and faithfully upholds OneHope ministry in prayer
  • Participates in partner care through the ministry’s Culture of Engagement initiative
  • Collaborates with other team members to design and implement strategies for the pursuit of various Advancement goals as directed by leadership.  The objectives and outcomes of Advancement are not separate from every team member's personal objectives but are owned by each person on the team.
  • Translates the Advancement Strategy Workgroup Plan into a powerful digital marketing campaign project plan that drives the desired outcomes.

Digital Marketing

    • Online- Creates and optimizes web pages and Ceros landing pages that drive increased traffic and time spent on landing pages based on strategic plan objectives.
    • Digital/ Search and social- Has a clear understanding of social media marketing and how algorithms drive engagement, and applies that knowledge to digital and social media campaign analysis and project planning.
    • Email Marketing-Supports content strategy for email marketing campaigns and newsletters as needed.

Digital Strategy

    • Support the scheduling of  brainstorms for new and creative fundraising digital offerings to enhance donor journey and maximize conversions.
    • Creates project timelines for digital fundraising and Lead Acquisition campaigns to be deployed across email, web, mobile and social platforms
    • Supports the creation of videos, GIFs, graphics and other visual assets for digital acquisition campaigns and any other digital initiatives
    • Creates project timelines to support SEO optimization strategies

Digital Campaign Coordination and Tracking

    • Creates clear project timelines and milestones based on set outcomes.
    • Works closely with Strategists to plan for quarterly campaigns and translates strategies into actionable steps.
    • Maintains a clear record of outcomes, achieved goals to assess campaign  effectiveness
    • Monitors campaign performance and informs inf actions should be taken to increase effectiveness.
    • Maintains an update record of budget expenditure and works on budget forecast for quarterly campaigns
    • Creates a bi-weekly report to communicate campaign progress, wins and improvements needed
    • Campaign placement on digital platforms, both Meta and Search. This is not a crucial skill but a “nice to have”

Market Research

    • Evaluates effectiveness of ongoing digital marketing and fundraising campaigns and uses insights for continual strategy improvement.

Qualifications

  • Degree in advertising, marketing, communication science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of proven experience in advertising and marketing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital tools
  • Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Insightful and perceptive
  • Business knowledge
  • Deadline driven
  • Understanding of web analytics
  • Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices

Work Environment

  • Monday – Friday during business hours (9 AM-5 PM)
  • Our work is international and may require some flexibility to accommodate teams in different time zones.
  • Travel may be necessary at times, both domestic and abroad.
