About the Job
OneHope’s Digital Marketing Group (DMG) develops and executes marketing strategies that promote digital scripture programs to children and youth around the world. Using modern digital advertising platforms and methods, the Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for overseeing advertising projects, activities and channels used to reach our target audience.

Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and approaches work with a Christ-like attitude.
  • Oversees the design of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience
  • Manages and oversees campaigns and analyze results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new ad campaign concepts, including design elements
  • Create integrated digital marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new leads and re-engage them
  • Measure key performance indicators with various products in collaboration with the DMG’s data analysis team. Monitor and develop digital PPC campaigns for growth and efficiency based on specific goals.
  • Evaluates digital audience and market conditions for multiple countries and continents. Maintains consistent knowledge of advertising policy, trends and changes in the digital marketing environment.
  • Ministers to OneHope’s partners through a culture of engagement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required or a 3 year minimum of professional digital marketing experience.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and in a complex, innovative, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Highly organized and capable of setting deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience with Google and Meta ad placement
  • In-depth understanding of common digital marketing and advertising best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with digital tools, website platforms, advertising platforms, project management platforms, Outlook, GSuite, DropBox, Zoom, etc.
